Asprinio Brut

There is much to be discovered, much character and originality in this ancient grape variety defined byItalian writer Mario Soldati as a “little big wine”.Dry as no other grape in the world, it is trained up poplar trees up to a height of some 50 feet and can be found only in 22 different townships around the city of Aversa in northern Campania.
