WHITE PALLAGRELLO
Soft to the palate, clean, of medium body with effusion of bouquet of ripe peach, citrus fruits and nuts essence, whose apparent contrast creates, instead, a greater richness of flavour; a modest vein of acidity brings all the flavours back to a complete composure

WHITE PALLAGRELLO "LE ORTOLE"
It has full flavour, fermentation and partial maturing in wood for
at least five months, which exalts its bouquet; the 'white pallagrello',
grown in Campania for thousands of years, vinified in this way, offers a
complexity of flavours and ends up leaving full but velvety sensations;
it is a sensual white that expresses scents of tropical fruits, with a
touch of vanilla; it has a medium body structured with the right acidity,
capable of bringing the entire spectrum of flavours back to a long
finale.

CASAVECCHIA
Matured in barrique for at least a year, after a rest in bottles for at least two months, it has a very unique and exceptional characteristic. It has an extremely complex body with a skeleton that is intense and strong to the nose; it opens slowly on the palate, suggesting infinite journeys of sensory exploration, within a variegated picture in which scents and flavours of blackberries and strong spices emerge.

BLACK PALLAGRELLO
This is a wine that is matured in barrique for at least a year, in which only its tannins cause a initial potent shock; then one feels, first in the nose and then on the palate, a powerful explosion of flavours from different and fully ripe fruits; all this creates an unexpected balance in a wine.

“VADO
CERASO” Rosè
With intense rosé colour, it is the result of the vinification 'in white' of equal quantities of Casavecchia and black pallagrello grapes; strong as a rosé can be, it stands out for the presence light but with a widespread bouquet and flavours that bring us back to the original flavours of the red grapes from which it originates.

CONNUBIO of Black Pallagrello and Casavecchia
Only a few magnums of 1,500 litres, for people who love a top quality red, that is also pure like our ancestors' wine, the result of the blending of equal quantities of black pallagrello and casavecchia grapes, it is offered to the judgement of the consumer, without filtering, after more than thirty months - of which at least 24 passed in wood - from the vintage; the intense scents and the complex flavour bring us back to the unusual flavours of the vine from which it comes from.
